"what are the prospects for a professional women's league in this country? is a WPBA likely to happen? is there a market for it in the first place?
relatedly, what has been the experience of the WNBA? are gate receipts and sponsorships keeping them in the black, with room to spare in the market for new teams/franchises? and how successful was the recent PWBL in terms of generating fan interest locally? in the first place, do we have a sufficient pool of players to start a local pro league?"

Coach John, will you coach the Lady Eagles again if asked to?
for a professional women's league to fly, the flag-bearer should be a very attractive star player (or complementary player in the starting 5) who can be charming on and off the court. parang sarapova, ganun. this is to establish some sort of following. para naman may masarap panoorin. hopefully, from there ay mapansin na ang talents ng iba.

Coach, maybe you can enlighten us on how to deal with meddlesome parents, or those who insist their girls should be treated as girls, not ballplayers :D

Coach Pat, is the pat on the butt the women's version of pat on the back for the guys?
A society oozing with machismo may not be conducive for female professional leagues to flourish, be it in basketball or any other sports.
However, amateur sports with pin-up girls will do the trick, given the commodity nature ascribed to the female body.
The gender power-relationship in our society is still backward.
