First and foremost, it is NCAA junior winning coach,Mr. Ato Badolato running the league, as he is the President. UAAP senior four-peat winning coach, Mr. Aric del Rosario is the Commissioner, and his son, Lester is his deputy. Mr. Joey Lim is the Secretary General, while, Mr. Kurt de Guzman is the league's Treasurer. Mr. Joey Villar of the Philippine Star is the league's Press Secretary.
As of today, 3pm, the team participants have been trimmed to twenty from 22 teams, as PMMS College and La Consolacion College-Manila have begged-off from the tournament, the former was not allowed to participate while they are also playing in the NCRAA. The latter has only eight active players in the roster, as majority have graduated.
And also, while doing the groupings during the meeting last Wednesday, we overlooked we grouped together all three computer schools, namely; STI College, Informatics Philippines and AMA Computer University. So we had to move STI College to Group B and Centro Escolar University to Group A.
