I wonder if there is a "recommended" last meal? You know, perhaps something that "eases" the suffering of an execution...?

Speaking of last meals, the last meals of the year are coming up - Christmas Eve and New Year Eve dinners as well as Christmas Day lunch.
I'm picking among Heat of Shangrila EDSA, Seven Corners of Crowne Plaza, and Jeepney Cafe of Intercon for those occasions because of their stellar buffets. Any recommendations?
Sam how does Circles of Shang Makati compare to Heat? Spirals in Sofitel ain't bad either
^^^ I prefer Heat in Shang EDSA, which is where I wound up with the family, my wife's treat of course, since I am but a humble hoops nut...
Speaking of last meals, are there last meals that players are supposed to eat before a game? And does the old at least two-hours-before rule still apply? For instance, the day of the UST-Ateneo game, I assume players at least will of course have lunch at around mid-day. Will they eat anything else say an hour or maybe two hours before the game?
