Re: Dream Match: Oscar "The Golden Boy" Dela Hoya vs. Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao

Everything we've heard about the reason why Oscar lost came from those people who were from outside his training camp. Now we have one from Nacho Bernstein, the trainer himself. In the end two things came out from* him.

    a. That Oscar didn't follow instructions.
    b. And that Pacquiao was simply tremendous and versatile and Oscar has no answer.*

Oscar was in great shape, no weight and no nutrition problem at all.

when you get down to it, there's a simple explanation really: pacquaio can hit ODLH at will, while ODLH can't connect at all. and in that fight, pacquaio can take ODLH's power punches, while ODLH can't. in fact, he couldn't power punch manny if at all, because of the first reason.

ang tagal naman ng salpukan ni hatton at pacquiao ;D

another thing: why do i get this feeling that floyd mayweather jr will duck manny?

Re: Dream Match: Oscar "The Golden Boy" Dela Hoya vs. Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao

say what you want about the Golden Girl Boy quitting on his stool against manny, but oscar has fought no less than 7 fighters who, at the time of their fight, was ranked #1 pound for pound in the world -

mexican legend julio cesar chavez (win tko 4, win tko 8 )
    pernell whitaker (win UD)
    felix "tito" trinidad (loss MD)
sugar shane mosley (loss SD, loss UD)
    bernard hopkins (loss KO 9)
    floyd mayweather (loss SD)
manny pacquiao (loss TKO 8 )

so he's fought 9 fights against the best in the world, winning 3 and losing 6. his losses to tito, floyd and his 2 losses to mosley were close and controversial and he really could have won all of those fights. hopkins was just too big for him as he fell with a single hard body shot. so his only clear losses against this elite group are against manny and hopkins. so this puts into perspective how huge manny's win against oscar was.
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
