    Forgettable UAAP players

We all thank them for the effort they gave the school and we wish(ed) them luck in their post-UAAP careers but deep down inside you somehow feel a sense a relief they're finally gone. Who are the past players from your school that fits this category?

This is my good-riddance list from UST

    1. Jake Agleron/Nino Manansala/Jun Cortez - Second string guards. Severely mismatch against bigger players. Slow. Inconsistent.
    2. Jun Dizon - Human Pumpfaker. He fakes even himself
    3. Christian Luanzon - Ballhog. Inuuna porma bago laro thus prone to turnovers. Warren De Guzman also comes to mind to a lesser extent.

    and from season 71...

Francis Allera - Big time chucker. 'nuff said.

    Ateneo:

Dom Banal - freeloader during the 2002 champion team

Paul Tan-Chi - Nice guy, model student; but all his talent during practices does not show at all during actual games

Bajjie del Rosario - has some value as an enforcer; as a basketball player? ; is undersized for a player with a PF-mentailty

    Re: Forgettable UAAP players

Jun Cortez won't be on my list because he has bailed UST out for more than a couple of games with his steady FT shooting and jumper. He served his purpose. I'd put the del Rosario brothers, instead. Others include:

    1. Iago Raterta. Showed glimpses of potential in his rookie year but never was really beyondf a serviceable big man
    2. Mark Naninga. Raterta II

    For DLSU
    1. Marc Benitez. Never reached his potential. Worse, he of the PEPTest bruhaha
    3. Tim Gatchalian. A bench filler. PEP Test.
    4. Mark Kong. Height and nothing more.

    AdU
    1. Marlou Aquino. I'm sure his teammates would rather forget him for causing their suspension from the UAAP
    3. Mark Kong

    Definitely Ken Baracosso of ADMU.

Some guys might argue that they were never given the breaks to shine. This guy had all of it, getting siginificant minutes and was a starter for some time. Jrs MVP never adjusted to the college game and made a fool out of coach Black for giving him PT. Cant blame him for deciding to forego his final playing year, im sure he himself knew he would be going nowhere already in a bball career.
