Sa PILIPINAS, walang NATATALO, NADADAYA lang.
At least mas malaki ang champions' trophy dito sa Nike Summer League kaysa sa Fil-Oil. ;D

Ateneo De Manila leaned on the end-game heroics of team captain Chris Tiu to nip the UE Red Warriors 65-64, bagging the Nike Summer League 2008 title.
UE played near-perfect basketball for over 39 minutes. In the last 34 seconds of play though they suddenly forgot how to fight through staggered screens as Tiu came off two screens then nailed a picture-perfect jumpshot from the top of the key, the ball ripping through the nylons with still 26 seconds left.
In the ensuing play the Warriors had two chances to pull out the victory but just could not buy a basket: Paul Lee had a shot back-rim and Hans Thiele bungled a point-blank shot. UE still had the ball with just 2 seconds remaining but the ball just wouldn't go in for the Warriors. Tiu rebounded the last UE miss as time expired to complete his save of Ateneo.
"That was really the play. Even if he doesn't make all his shots you can't leave him open with the game on the line," said coach Norman Black of Tiu's game-saving shot.
Eric Salamat was declared the MVP after the game. Joining him in the Mythical 5 were UE's Pari Llagas, Lasalle forwards Rico Maeirhofer and PJ Barua, and FEU pointguard Mark "Babyface" Barroca.
In the opening game FEU bagged third place after beating the undermanned Green Archers.
FEU forward Mac Baracael was wearing an ankle boot, while La Salle guard JV Casio had his right wrist in a wrap as well.
