    Cavite Basketball Scene

I dont know if the Gameface people will allow this but I have started a thread regarding the basketball scene of the historic Cavite province (napasarap kami sa usapan ni ichibang ;D)

For one, this is where my now-alma matter DLSU-Dasmarinas is located, along with teams such as EAC-Cavite, PCU-Dasmarinas, San Sebastian-Cavite, etc.

DLSU-D is a UCAA and NCRAA member while Baste-Cavite is a NAASCU participant and there's also the NCAA South, SLCUAA, etc.

de la salle dasmarinas ----playing for ncraa, ucaa and nike summer league
san sebastian college cavite city ------naassu, fmc
    pcu-dasmarinas ----- ncaa south
eac-dasmarinas ------ southern luzon colleges universities athletic assoociation (slcuaa), fmc
    uphr bacoor ------ slcuaa

meron pa na ama dasma, sti dasma, tup cavite, uphr gma, cavite state university

Sa ngayon, mas successful ang Baste-Cavite dahil kahit papano halos final four or one of the top five sila sa NAASCU, tapos may current PBL products pa sila.

Nagdecline ang La Salle Dasma the last two years, kahit sa PRISAA Regional ay di na sila makacompete pero mukhang ang chunk ng team ay binubuild na din sa backcourt.

Ang advantage ng EAC-Cavite para lumakas ay nasa FMC sila on a regular basis, mababatak ang team kapag nakakalaban nila mga top schools sa Metro.

Competitive din PCU-Dasma, one time sa FMC Summer tournament tinalo nila Letran Team B by a hairline.

Calabarzon, with around 7-8 DLSU-D players, lost their first game of the PRISAA tournament yesterday, bowing 54-52 to Cebu, mostly of players from University of San Carlos, after blowing a nine-point lead.

They will meet UST later today at the Joaquin F. Enriquez Jr. Sports Complex.
