PASIG CITY – The De La Salle University pair of Jason Perkins and Julian Sargent were the top two selections in the 2015 PBA D-League Rookie Draft held last December 1 (Tuesday) at the PBA Cafe. The burly Perkins was the overall first pick by Racal/KeraMix while AMA Online Education wasted no time in tabbing Sargent with the second pick.
