Now that the campaign of Energen under 16 has indeed its now time to devout our endeavor to the next job at hand the under 18 Fiba campign in 2012. Who do you think guys should be included. Hopefully next year during the FIBA joust, TAPOS NA ANG NCAA.

Top off the list for me are Alonino and Jeron Teng , under 18 veterans but are still eligible for next years tournament. They would provide veteran smarts and scoring for the team as they are key contributors eith the previous under 16 and under 18 team. Alonino is a big point guard with good perimeter shooting. Jeron Teng next year is already a man among boys being a veteran of under 16 and under 18 and Olympic youth games. Hope he can bring his 80 something scoring ways to FIBA Asia.

Next would be the Rossel brothers, Brandon who is 17 and already 6-7 and Ithink his younger brother is also 6-4 already. Brandon is an athletic forward, base from the video clips, plays more of Jay Washington.

Hopefully next we can have Josef, the son of Tito toots, by next year he would be 15 years old, we can have his feet wet for international play and prepare him for 2013 under 16 and 2014 under 18 team. We can have a big point guard and good shooter. Hopefully Tito toots you can convert also Josef into a mean defender, he is our answer to Hoon Jae , the son of Hur Jae who terrorise our undr 16 team in Vietnam.

Hopefully by next year, Tapos na ang NCAA, we can also include in the pool " those who were left behind : Tolention, Vito, Tongco and Babilonia. Arvin Toletino, 6-4 combo forward who plays like Don Camaso. Vito is a 6-4 bruiser built like Dorian Pena, Babilonia, the son of the late Gido, is a 6-6 center, a good post defender. Tongco is a heady point guard.

Basing from their performance in Vietnam, from among the 16 under team possible shoo-in are Alejandro, Javellosa, Lao , Rivero , Cani and Ramos.

Of course, we should include also the four 15 year olds, who can still play for under 18 team in 2014; these are Jordan Heading, 6-6 Go, Caracut and Asilum. Jordan Heading got rave reviews from Coach Racela himself.

There's this 6-8 16 year old Galen who was featured in Wish ko lang. I think he is in Manila already training in one of the college schools. Hope Sir Nardy can and SBP guys can train this kid...Was he included in the Bigman's camp of Mc Gee and Norman Black?

With this pool of players and with the system of Coach Olsen , we can surely improve the 7th place finish of 2010 team of Kieffer Ravena.

Hope we can discover more players both from Fil-foreign pool and also from countryside and from Manila schools of UAAP, Tonglian and fro DI PA TAPOS ANG NCAA.

^ Yun nagiging problema na lang palagi. Roster problem. But look those players who played internationally. Almost all became a better collegiate players.

Payo ko lang kay Coach Olsen. Mamigay ka naman sa ibang team. :D Pero tingin ko din niya gagawin yun.
