He played in the RP Youth team alongside with Ogie, Martin Antonio, James Martinez, Ababou etc..that won the championship in 2003. Bata pa si Jason Castro bukod sa mabait na bata.

CHECK THIS OUT:

This season 83, Most games (99%) WON by the Knights were below 70 points including the lone defeat of the Red Lions in the 1st round @70-69.

If the opposing team scored over the 70pt. mark, eto yung mga nakatalo sa kanila, MIT,JRU, SBC and in the finals against SBC.

Believe it or not ;)

My memory gap is really getting worse and worse.

Who were the NCAA champions in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002?

Was 2000 the St Benilde championship season of Al Magpayo and Sunday Salvacion?

1990 Season MVP was Estelito Epondulan of Jose Rizal College.

its possible that some of those I listed may either be Finals MVP or Season MVP

As for the year 1990, Mapua won the title dethroning San Sebastian, matunog ang name ni Ramas that time, but who knows, Epondulan of JRC must have a dominating season too.

Yes, they are related.
Ernani "Nani" Epondulan was also a Season MVP in 2001. Finals MVP that year was Christian Coronel of San Sebastian College.

It is correct, Estelito "Este" Epondulan was the season MVP in 1990.

Here's the latest of Este Epondulan -> http://www.livingtodaymagazine.com/premier-issue/49-the-epondulans-father-and-son-estelino-and-julio-got-game

The Epondulans, Father and son Estelino and Julio got game *
Written by Alex Mino* * *

As an old belief goes, “whatever trait a father has, his son will inherit it.” In all likelihood, it probably is a gene being passed on. This aptly applies to father-and-son Estelito and Julio Epondulan, who both have shown undeniable passion for basketball. Like father, like son. Dad Estelito, fondly called “Este” by family and friends, was a star in his own right in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), bagging the coveted MVP award in 1990. The 41-year old Coquitlam worker lived-up to his billing as a Jose Rizal Heavy Bomber, exploding in every game with an average of 20- points plus and most of the time, leading his team to victory. One of his teammates was Vergel Meneses, the 1995 MVP of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). His closest rivals for the MVP plum were Kevin Ramas of the Mapua Cardinals and Cris Bade of San Sebastian Stags. Ramas eventually played for Alaska in the PBA, while Bade was picked by Shell.
