The longest running sports show in the country bids you farewell.

After 12 thrilling and exciting years, 13 fun and lovable hosts, bringing you adrenaline bursting sports action week after week, giving you adventures on land, in the air, over and under water, and setting the standard for local sports journalism, GamePlan says adieu to the airwaves of Philippine Television.

We look back on the early stages of the show, catching up with the all the hosts from past to present and reliving their most memorable experiences and most unforgetable adventures. We also point the cameras on those that have stood behind the scenes for 12 years, running alongside the athletes and the adventure junkies. Yes, we interviewed our GamePlan camera crew.

This episode is a tribute to the trailblazing minds who conceptualized the show; a testimonial by the hardworking production force behind it; and a toast to the viewers, the sponsors and the athletes. Thank you for making us a part of your gameplan for the past 12 years.

And that is our GamePlan!

Catch the Farewell Episode this Saturday 4pm on RPN9 and Tuesday 9pm on Solar Sports.

They thrived and became popular when they were a small garage-based production in Teacher's Village under Probe. The decline began when they moved to Studio 23/ ABS-CBN. I miss those early Sunday mornings back in GMA during the mid to late 90s with a fresh grad Suzi Entrata {where he met Paolo Abrera) and an unknown inglisero by the name of Paolo Bediones.
